2011 CPPL Player ID Card Registration

 2011 CPPL Player ID cards are priced at $40.00, you can however save $20.00 by registering and paying online  with a valid photo. By registering for your card online you avoid sitting in a line-up and yo will have one less thing to worry about at the event. Your card will also be printed and ready for pick up! Please register online!!

 If you do not have a valid credit cardor Paypal account you can still register and pay online by obtaining a pre paid Visa or Mastercard gift card from virtually any Grocery or Drug store in Canada.
